It's true.
There are only five full days before Christmas Day, and whether you use them for shopping, wrapping, preaching, worshiping, singing or traveling or even wishing the whole darn thing were over last Tuesday, there's a good chance they will be busy ones.
So let's make this easy, if we can: tell us five things you need to accomplish before Christmas Eve.
1. cleaning the house (this is MAJOR cleaning that involves completely rearranging entire rooms of furniture from one room to another -- usually on a different floor.) Why did I do this now? because...
2. I am preparing for my day after Christmas Party in which I have sent over 100 invitations and have hired professional musicians.
3. purchase food and cook for Christmas Day and The Party.
4. mail my Amazon packages.
5. oh,yeah -- and finish all those bulletins and sermons and stuff.
Oops... 6. Decorate for Christmas.
We now have a tree with lights and icicle lights on the front porch. Decorating may be minimal this year.
